Time: Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM-12:30 PM
Price: $420.00/mo.

* We require immunization records and a copy of the child’s birth certificate attached to the Registration packet.

**Completed forms may be mailed to the office, brought in person during office hours, or emailed to the office.
